  • Nutritional Therapy: Nutritional therapy is the process of rebuilding a sick, tired system in the body with organic whole food nutrients. There is a direct link between ill health and food. We are made of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water. Whole food nutrition done therapeutically and accurately can change your health at the cellular level.

    A detailed symptom survey is provided to find what is specifically going on in your body. This program is designed to meet your individual needs. Individuals will need specific nutrients according to their stress and genetics.  A one-time fee of $55 applies.

    A consultation can include a hair analysis, symptom survey, saliva testing, detailed information on dietary changes, and re-education on health and food. (*see below for fees)

    Nutritional Therapy can affect and enhance all areas of health. (ex. fatigue, depression, anxiety, digestion, allergies, headaches, pain, balancing hormones, chronic yeast, heavy metal burden, etc.)
     
  • Massage Therapy: I am a licensed massage therapist and advocate regular massage as it aides in the healing process. Cost: $50
     
  • Hair Analysis*: A hair analysis is an accurate way of detecting toxic metals in your tissues and determining your nutritional imbalances. An accurate health program can then be developed to address your specific needs. Initial cost: $62, re-checks: $59
     
  • Saliva Testing*: A saliva test can be used for various conditions such as adrenal stress, thyroid health, gastrointestinal health, and food intolerance panel.
     
  • Hormone Testing: This service allows us to hone in on disruptions of hormone metabolism. Hormone imbalances have been linked to breast cancer, osteoporosis, PMS, sexual dysfunction and more. Most of these disruptions can be treated through supplementation, dietary and lifestyle changes. Price is dependent on testing. Call for details.
